Authorized Service Providers
The Authorized Service Provider (ASP) program was created to bring customers responsive, nearby support from the Service Shops they already know and trust. The ASP network complements the SENNEBOGEN dealer network with the same high level of factory training, access to parts, and technical support
Factory Trained Field Service Technicians
Our own factory technicians provide expert, onsite technical support to Dealer technicians and ASPs – anywhere, anytime – at no cost to the customer.
Customer Experience Specialists
Our CXSs are assigned to visit your yard soon after your new SENNEBOGEN has been delivered, providing hands-on training and familiarization for your operators. SENNEBOGEN is the only OEM that offers onsite sales follow-up service to Customers.
